  5. It's not fair to assume that those charges would have been dropped if she wasn't famous. I've just been binge watching DUI arrest videos and have seen it happen many times... to the average Joe. It was a typical part of a plea deal. You of all people should know that.

She should definitely not be a parent. Her entire attitude during the arrest was not due to alcohol. The alcohol revealed her horrible character.
