@Msmary98-98 It's possible to find more than one offense in a case. It doesn't have to just be one or the other. There were the murderers, and there was an incompetent dispatcher. That's a fair thing to point out.

Unbelievable.

@rainbow0027 Why ban alcohol? Most people limit their drinking and don't get behind a wheel.

@redfin382 Yeah, like maybe if it just grazed your fingernail or something.

@Leo-fw1xr I'm not suggesting it's easy to moderate, but people generally moderate themselves. DUI is where it becomes a problem. Banning it completely would make it less accessible, but people would still figure out a way to get it. There's really no reason to penalize the 90% because of the 10%. All kinds of substances have been around since time began. Most humans just seem to be drawn to things that help them relax. An occasional drink is very different than harder drugs.

No, he wasn't necessarily born that way. In fact, it's believed that 99.99-100% of the time, people with twisted minds like this experienced severe childhood trauma. However, rarely does anyone open up about such sick thoughts because there are very few who wouldn't be completely horrified.

@Sophiecjp That's a very different situation where mental health is at the root. I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. I can only imagine the heartache. 💔

@Remy4489 They always have to ask if there are any medical conditions that could interfere with doing the sobriety tests, but I'm not sure how common it is otherwise. I just watched one last night with a grandma who seemed out of it. Neither officer thought she was under the influence because there was no odor of alcohol, so they kept asking about her health. In the end, it turned out that she was plastered. It was nice to see them ask about her medical state, though. By the way, her grandkids were in the car! 😳

It's so annoying when cops are in the way of you trying to look at the cop cars ahead to see what in the world is going on. LOL

Just imagine if her foot had come off the pedal and she rolled into oncoming traffic. This could have ended far worse than her becoming famous for being an arrested belligerent drunk.

No doubt, Gavon has experienced some very serious sexual childhood trauma. This kind of twisted thinking doesn't come out of nowhere. Contrary to what the male detective said, there is no fixing that.

@jamesworthy41. What evidence are you basing that on? Anecdotal experience doesn't count.

@ericrivera8410 🙄 Hopefully you're just trolling.

@Leo-fw1xr That might be appropriate. I'd be curious to see a test that shows driving abilities with and without alcohol. There must be a reason that .08% was chosen as the cut-off point. I believe it's basically 1 drink per hour.

@afcgeo882 They are trained to assess situations like this. There were probably signs of intoxication, like keeping her foot on the brake while sleeping. I don't know. Either way, they woke her up and got her out of the car for everyone's safety. Maybe medical was on their way.

@afcgeo882 It's clear that you are here just to argue, so there's no point in continuing.

I don't think so. We don't know anything about his childhood. However, the narrator briefly mentioned something that happened. There is almost always severe childhood trauma. Once they get to this point, there is no chance of change.
1
@Al-Storm Right. It's a very common misunderstanding to think that everyone should react the exact same way to trauma. Everyone who has twisted thinking experienced trauma, but not every child who experienced trauma ends up like this. There are different factors to consider.

@CoachArtyRaps Many of the 911 calls have been mishandled. That's a fair thing to point out. It doesn't really matter what they go through if they aren't doing the job properly.
