  6.  @ashley.hatfield1987  That's an interesting belief because if we just look around, or even think of our own experiences, we realize it's just not true. For example: crimes going unsolved forever, unreported crimes, lies told to a partner never being discovered, criminals getting away with crimes in court....the list goes on.
