  2. Police have to report everything that happens in each case. Even if we followed the 80/20 rule, that would mean that 80% of the data was accurate. Of course, it's much higher than that. Police departments have to report every death that occurs in these instances. It's not like injuries and deaths can be slipped under the rug. If you look at the cases that have gone viral, there are really only a few. Considering the mass numbers of police interactions with the public, those are a tiny minority.

  3. ​ @BlackAmerica1st You might want to look into his research. It's really interesting and eye-opening. Police don't have the ability to decide whether or not they report a death. The department has an obligation to report it. If shootings were being slipped under the rug, we would hear about them. Any defense lawyer would be all over it.

  4. There have been articles written about the supposed flaws in his research. The explanations of these "flaws" are so obviously biased. There are key signs to look for when reviewing data or reading an article. The rebuttals show every red flag.
