@nanastan9 I didn't hear any of them insinuate that she didn't "fall at their feet". It's natural to notice someone's attractiveness, which includes the way they carry themselves. They all said positive things about her until she displayed odd behavior - yelling, talking to herself, getting angry, etc.

Sidenote: It's sadly common to assume that cops are heartless. This is a good example of how personally these cases are often taken. My heart goes out to all involved. I wonder if the guy who gave up his badge to enter the post office called police.

@miss line I haven't noticed that at all. There are often times that excuses are made for women, but this isn't one of them. The bottom line: this isn't a contest of who has the most excuses made for them. This is a case of how (supposed) severe trauma can seriously affect a person.

@jamesball8519 The OP didn't offer an excuse, but a possible explanation as to how she ended up the way she did, which was most likely what happened.

@K N Most of the time, it's confirmation bias. It's easy to focus on and remember the times you see callous behavior and easy to dismiss and forget the positive majority.

@lonerebeI Not true. It's just very easy to focus on the negative actions that are reported. The other 99% often goes ignored. People like to see drama, not the usual.

@grmpEqweer Just like everyone else across the globe. The majority just want to help their community.

To say "broken family" is probably an understatement. It was most likely a horrifically abusive one. That's how people end up with psychiatric disorders like this.
