Yes, but for a man, this would be the worst thing possible. It might be compared to a mother watching her child being tortured.

The band of brothers doesn't apply to the wicked.
32
@remigal899 That rings true to me. Watching someone you love and want to protect can be torture. Which part of that do you disagree with?
23
Premeditated doesn't necessarily mean that it was planned way ahead of time. Legally, premeditation can be even seconds.

Premeditated doesn't necessarily mean that it was planned way ahead of time. Legally, premeditation can be even seconds. She could have just gotten divorced. Instead, she keyed the car, physically attacked Gail, and ran over David all in front of his daughter. There is NO excuse for that.
17
@hlg-po6di That's a terrible message to give to people in situations like this. That robs them of their power. A far better message is to encourage partners to get out- ask for help - family, friends, a church, shelter, advocate group, police....
16
@chaos-ku4vw You come across as a very angry person. Clearly I was referring to mothers. ✌️
14
@RebelOfHungary Exactly! People don't understand what premeditation means. She's a horrible person. I can't imagine even keying a car let alone doing it in front of a child. Then, she goes and assaults Gail and runs over David. Unconscionable!
11
@kendrawaddams3174 It's not a contest. I was simply pointing out that from the man's perspective, he would much rather endure the pain than to watch the woman he loves being traumatized... just as empathetic mothers would rather endure the pain in place of their children. People seem to be misunderstanding the sentiment here. I'm not downplaying the woman's trauma. I was simply explaining the man's point of view.
11
@Kyra_of_Kerkyra Again. It's not about comparing experiences. The OP was sympathizing with the husband's perspective. It seems like many people in the comment section have selective empathy.
10
@salahsabiti6901 From what I've seen in other cases, it's taking the time to think before committing the crime. She thought through every step.

Particularly in murder cases...or some other type of violence.

I totally agree. The comments here in support of her are crazy.
6
She shouldn't have done it at all.
6
My gosh! This loving family opened their hearts to this person who would soon destroy them. There aren't words. 💔😥💔
5
I'm left shaking my head. Here was this young couple just starting off their lives together only to have it ripped apart in the most horrific way imaginable. My heart aches for all they endured and all they will miss out on. 💔💔 Maybe the perpetrators committed the crimes for a variety of reasons - money, power, and also hate. It's well known that in many black circles, biracial relationships are a big no-no. Whatever the case, none of them show an ounce of basic human empathy. In fact, it's quite the opposite.
5
@remigal899 Not at all, what?
5
Why are my comments disappearing?? She was totally in the wrong 100%!! I don't know how she's getting any sympathy. The world is backwards.
4
@mamabear52 Oh my gosh! Finally. Someone who gets it. 🙌
4
@Skidmark1026 Over half of the people in the comments bought her BS.
3
I'm curious why you pronounced Marcin differently throughout - like "mar sin" half of the time and like "mar seen" half of the time, sometimes in the same sentence.
2
@briskettacos All the more reason to get the word out to avoid relationships like this or get out of you're in one. There are emergency services available. Saying that women have no other choice is actually taking their power AWAY from them. It's not helpful.
2
Silly title, good video.
2

2
@kendrawaddams3174 First of all, I didn't even notice the title. I was only responding to the commenter. It's clear that you prioritize women over men. I don't view life that way. Saying, "Were sick of men's emotions being prioritized over women's actual physical pain" speaks volumes.
2
@Kendra Waddams It really doesn't matter what the comment was referencing. No one is required to read titles before commenting. Lol. Feel free to point out anything that I said to support your claim that I prioritize men. Your little example at the end is clearly an attempt at a tit-for-tat, but it didn't work. You might want to look up "commenter".
2
@jj4754 I wasn't looking at it as a competition, nor was I speaking about the horrors the wife endured. I was simply acknowledging that for a man, that would be worse than enduring the torture himself.
2
@kendrawaddams3174 "Someone said watching a r*pe was as bad as experiencing a r*pe." No one said that. I'm going to guess that you tend to view things in categories (gender, race, etc.). I don't know that for sure, but it's a guess. You seem unwilling to empathize with the man. No one at all would ever downplay the horrors of being r*ped. All I'm pointing out is that this man was tortured in a different way because he would much rather take her place if he could. Can you maybe try to put yourself in his shoes?
2
Clara is a horrible person. Of course, David was obviously horrible himself. But the fact that she keyed the car, physically attacked Gail, and ran over David all in front of his daughter is unbelievably horrifying. I'm disgusted to see so much support for her. It reminds me of Betty Broderick. Just because the husbands had an affair doesn't mean the the wives are somehow wonderful people. They both murdered their husbands.
1
@jessicakohn2655 Very few people would ever go to the lengths that she did. In fact, it would be a very small percentage.
1
@KingsVerity1979 You might be surprised to know that that's not what it means. In the legal sense of the term, premeditated could mean a matter is seconds.
1
It reminded me of Betty Broderick, too. Both women were horrible. While David was clearly a horrible person, Betty's husband was not. She is a narcissist and master manipulator who controlled her husband for years.
1
She is an unhinged woman. It was her choice to go through the plastic surgery and other nonsense. She could have just gotten divorced.
1
@marleyreece9413 Wow. I don't understand how anyone could feel badly for this unhinged, dangerous woman.
1
@nikybee7146 It's clear that my comments are misunderstood. Maybe I didn't word them properly. I was never considering who had it worse as I wasn't thinking of it as a competition. I was simply recognizing the man's point of view, but somehow that's getting twisted. The pain she went through is obvious. I was not commenting on that. For some reason, there are many here who have made it into some kind of competition, which I find odd... and very telling. It was a very odd title, though. I think that's what most are reacting to. By the way, I'm a textbook empath, so it's interesting you'd suggest I lack empathy.
1
@alp2610 It's not a contest. It's fair to point out the pain that the husband endured also.
1
@pistachioonut6683 The entire point is that he was referring to the worst thing for a man. Why should their perspective be ignored?? There was more than one person there, and they each had feelings. Y'all can't seem to grasp that.
