  1. Yep us Satanists too, we don't believe in him. Yet for some reason the head of The Satanic Temple, Lucian Greaves is pretending to be as such. His right eye is blinded. It's symbolism because Satanism is on the left hand path and Christianity on the right. The Antichrist is said to have only one eye. I really despise him. Reason is, I'm with the Church of Satan, and he has taken our doctrine The Satanic Bible written by our founder Anton LaVey. Greaves essentially ripped the pages out containing any semblance of the occult, calling it "pseudo science" and labels my Church of Satan "irrelevant and inactive" when we've been here for 50 fuckin years minding our own business. People already want to kill us as it is. I get death threats on the daily and here he goes stirring up the waters for anyone who carries the banner of the Adversary.

  6. Well we view all gods as fictional, including Satan. But even so, their characters have meaning that one can invoke to attempt to have their own personal gain. Ritual to us is basically theater. We don't have to do it, but there's no harm in attempting for a good outcome. But no, noooo sacrifices. Firs step is first. You have to believe in something for which you will give that sacrifice.

Christians are not our enemies although it is depicted that way. Is it purely because we are different? Or simply because we have the name Satanism even though we do not worship Satan and lack belief in his existence?

The upside down cross is a Christian symbol. The apostle Peter didn't think himself equal to Jesus when his time came and was crucified. so he asked to be inversed. Our symbol is the Sigil of Baphomet.

  13. Well we don't pray. It's based on the concept of the character Satan, not literal belief in him. While the phallus is a symbol one may use, there is nothing in our writings that substantiate why we would pray to one.

  21. It could be argued that sexual desire is what is craved which causes reproduction. Not necessarily the reproduction itself. I was raised, and I sculpted myself to be completely simplistic. My only wish has always been love, nothing more. I would prefer a talk on Satanism and Christianity. Not this. Children are not something I want to deal with and pay for. This is not relevant to all Satanists, just me.

Writers, political figures, musicians, artists. It's amazing to look at the works of those who identify themselves as Satanist, but you wouldn't be able to pinpoint that in what they create sometimes. We are average people just like you.   23. I don't hurt people but I love humanity and the life we have. If I did I wouldn't enjoy stripping someone of joyful, yet inherently sinful actions. Severing the ties of love they have on the Earth. That's why I'm not a killer. I don't believe such thinking came from your god. I think it's blatantly logical. I don't have a guilty conscience? I haven't done anything hurtful. The sinful and blasphemous actions I do everyday are definitely severing these "ties to god" I used to have. I don't like him. Doesn't mean I love humanity less and less, I'm gaining more everyday. I don't believe in a singular morality. Or especially that it comes from Christianity. Everyone thinks differently.   38. Reason- the old testament. It's so messed up. I don't like that elders read it all the time. They are the same in some denominations of Christianity, but not in others. They are sometimes seen as different beings. Look Mary, I don't want to ruin Christianity for you. It has some good things involved. But the old testament is a complete mess and It's mostly gods fault.
