  2. We haven't had a correction since 2009. 16 years! We used to have corrections every 3 or 4 years. This correction is LONG over due and it won't be quick or easy. Buck up buttercup.

  4. I owned a condo in Michigan. I didn't have any problems until....realtor's started buy units and were bringing in horrible tenants as renters who did not care about the property. I think they wanted to destroy the complex. I left in 2010. I bet they've all gotten out by now. They turned it in to a slum property and Im positive the association dues got totally out of control.

  8. Not a bad way to go. Save some money, buy a couple acres and start a bee farm, make and sell honey, grow herbs, collect propolis, make holistic medicine.

  9. I live in a Seniors only community and everything you said is fact. The cliques are real. They're vicious narcissists . They meet and talk about who they're going to target. They stick together for the purpose of making peoples lives hell. If you want in the clique you'll be their slave. You'll need an attorney. No exageration. Its bad.
