  3. I've worked at Dollar Tree as a seasonal job, over the holidays, a couple of times Beware of the system they use to count their cashiers drawers. I am 100% confident there is theft going on and I'm certain it's the supervisors and managers. Not the cashier's, unless they hire a drug addict. I'm not the only one who thinks this. I told a DT employee how on my last day of work my drawer came up exactly $30 short. Absolutely impossible. It was, in fact, no doubt, the manager. She stole that money. I'd stake my life on it. Another employee in a different store said to me, there's something going on in these DT stores. Their managers and supervisors are thieves. Watch your back if you work there.
