  1. Wow! Johnson has clearly read the Buffoon's Guide to Economics. He talks about borrowing affecting interest rates. This from a government that 'printed' money to fund a failed test and trace system; that bought unusable PPE after paying over the odds. BlowJoke doesn't understand the difference between borrowing and QE. Inflation affects interest rates, and using a windfall tax to offset cost push inflation will have the opposite effect.
