  3. the "mexica empire" also didn't exist, it was called excan tlahtoloyan the Mexica was the subethnicity in the defacto capital city wich was tenochtitlan actually the empire had tree capitals, Tenochtitlan, Tlacopan and Tetzcoco (modern day Tacuba and Texcoco)
