The Windrush generation of black immigrants suddenly discovered, Enoch Powell's speech about immigration in the news again, Queen Elizabeth pitching for Charles at the Commonwealth, the NHS bringing in nurses from the Caribbean to compensate for personnel losses after Brexit, and this just now after 25 years. Definitely not PR stunts for Britain to tap into its former colonial connections to meet its need for migrants.
