Gotta love the average Russian's sense of humour, it's I don't know the exact words to describe it but it's fucking funny put it like that pmsl. Not even her subscribers can tell the difference between (formerly was what Liberalism was) Classical form of Liberalism which is what America's founded upon, it's exactly what more or less the Alt-Right are for pmsl (actually what I support myself very passionately), it's then with the formation of Social Liberalism I suppose is the correct term especially here in the UK when the Victorian era came about as such that's when the former plain Liberalism was recoined as Classical Liberalism and then Liberalism became far more socially based. Point being LIberalism wasn't invented by the left and far more as such well it was a mix of the two but really far more conservative when it comes to the economy it's hard to really put a political leaning on that kind of thing really suppose maybe a form of centrism but that'd be a gross oversimplification of the name.
