  2. Sometimes it can be when one just goes in there with all good intentions and just can't remember a single thing, a friend had that problem with a programming exam in university. Did loads of work for it and all the rest of it, could not remember one single thing lol. It's really nothing to worry about at all, could be that or something similar.
