@trinitiusw6145 The thing you're evidently not understanding had there not been any kind of sanction on China they'd likely have died anyway. You evidently dont have a clue what happened during the famine, was rather the production of food was greatly over stated than it actually was, making the growers as such have to give up more of their produce leaving them with very little!
