Was thinking about the WW2 thing about rather there were people believe in Poland in a documentary I was watching where they were forced to make uniforms (was a totalitarian regime anyway so if they refused they'd be possibly killed) living on really meagre rations really they hated it, but thinking ever since if you've got a gun to your head practically all the time you're going to do as you're told

When ever I critique her its not without me feeling deeply compassionate for her, she's actually been also compared to her 4th Great Aunt whom she was almost exactly like I'd say really her being Georgiana Cavendish, Duchess of Devonshire née Spencer, had a fling with (after Robert Walpole, the longest ever serving PM and the first to use that as a role in government or the head of govt before him the PM job title had always been used as an insult to the First Lord of the Treasury is still regarded as that now but its never really used, that being Charles Grey she had an affair with when being married to William Cavendish (though he slept with her best friend of whom her best friend was the single only person she could really confide in sad really Camilla's father was a Baron (the lowest rank of the aristocracy, the highest being a Duke and their spouse being a Duchess) not senior enough, whereas Diana's father was an Earl the sort of middle kind of rank or a more senior anyway than a Baron, really Baron's can't generally pass their title down to their children an Earl and higher ranks can, all Life Peers who are permitted to sit and vote in the Lords are always Barons

@jamesmarshall1967 Yeah thats true think even George VI's spouse Elizabeth though being Queen Consort, means they lack the legal regard to the power they have together with their spouse is the same with the Duke oef Edinburgh in a way he's consort to the Monarch though has retired now of course

How it went to badly in Scotland is said that Jenny Geddes (was a market trader and daughter of John Geddy who was an Abbott of Arbroath (same place where the Declaration of Arbroath was signed hence its name after Bannockburn in 1314) who allegedly picked up her stool in St Giles and threw it at the ministers head, essentially saying he was speaking the words of the devil (as to how much reforming the church in Scotland, after a previous major religious reform was so hated (Clan Donald being more reluctant then to reform than the Campbells, a reason among others for their feud).

@M1cko33 Isnt the first time something like thats happened albeit in a completely different industry, Oracle the database systems company (the DVLA use them as well as a few others which have direct Oracle licences, there's about 6-10 of them in the country, others use a company which uses theirs like Netsuite do) were found to have raided the bins of Microsoft

James being a Stewart was actually Catholic, the Stewarts were Roman Catholic just like their predecessors House of Bruce in Scotland just he had no intentions of undoing as such the English Reformation

@davidlyon1899 About the only real Monarch (though not sure about the likes of George V and VI, Edward VII (Victoria's eldest son) and Alexandra the Queen Consort, Edward VIII was abdicated so he doesnt really count) was queen Victoria she genuinely loved Albert to the extent when he died she became practically a recluse
