@flossie5432 Yeah probably a care assistant though I doubt she knew of her condition hence why she said what she said sadly.

@kheekz Yeah have a genetical disease myself and never blame it on anyone either, ok maybe use it to get out of things but I'd never be as foul as that.

Thing about PWS is their born with it, but within childhood (tends to be then on) at some point it starts showing that they have it, by not controlling hunger etc. There are signs even before then though with their muscle problems as well like not being able to get out of bed or even move when waking up etc, that's from the very start. Though is certainly not inherited it's the development when before they're born that's when it starts from.
