Thing about evictions with the ones who had all their things taken into storage is ignorance is no defence, is just the way it is they should have kept all concerning body's aware of what was going on and they didnt its not the benefits office (who issues their housing benefit) to inform anyone their only obligations to check if eligible and pay it (same with other benefits) They're three different organisations and they're not connected to each other, though when during a claim for like council tax suppose benefit back then but now reduction they do check if ones still claiming benefits or not (or least some) but they wont know from the benefit office until being applied for its the same manner ignorance is no defence can stll legit be taken to court and lumbered with a court fine of about £70 and a Liability Order, when should the borough council tax find out they shouldnt have been paying it they'll usually cease the order but the £70 isnt refundable.
