  3. Right, John. They've always been that way. History shows; during WWII Churchill didn't use RADAR jamming "Chaff" over Europe for a long time for that same reason. The Allies didn't use Proximity Fuses in certain locations. Lastly, after the end of WWII, Churchill ordered all the equipment at Bletchley Park destroyed & hidden because of the Russians. Computers were completely re-discovered some years later.
