I have to pause the video, read the text, start the video over to pick up on what you're saying again; plus pause sometimes to look up some damn acronym. Because of these interruptions; by the middle of your video, I have to restart it altogether because I've lost all possibility of cohesion, or a thread of continuity! Thank you! (sarcasm) Maybe, just maybe, if I start the video over 3 times, I'll have gotten something out of it besides loosing over an hour on a 20-mnte show.

I already pause the video for time enough to read the charts & text. Best way for me here is, to switch-on 'captions' and try to follow you that way...(every day is a learning experience )
