  5. um, they are clues ... but they don't mean she's dead. The fact that you believe they do makes me glad you're not a detective. p.s. I haven't made a banking transaction since August 1. Please don't send an internet mob to my parents' front lawn demanding to know where my body is. The police report indicated she had had "a mental/emotional break" - there are lots of scenarios that can play out in a case like that and most of them don't involve death. The internet mob today is using the fact the boyfriend hit the road as proof positive that he is a killer and her parents are encouraging that mob. That same internet mob has been assembled on his parents' lawn the last week chanting, "where is Gabby? where is Gabby?" - any sane person would have left. It's also possible that she has been harmed and he had nothing to do with it. That they broke up and went their own ways. They are 2 adults. Adults do that sometimes. It's also possible that she's lying low somewhere figuring things out. She's not communicating? to whom? to you? she doesn't know you. to her parents? Her parents seem like suffocating control freaks who have spent a lot of effort trying to make her boyfriend look like a killer ... maybe she's taking a break from them. The courts didn't authorize the Fla. Police request for a search warrant to see all her phone records. The Fla. Police themselves have said they are not pursuing a criminal case - let's assume they know more than you do. It's gonna be so, so satisfying when the boyfriend hires a powerful law firm and the slander and libel lawsuits begin. He's gonna be a rich man.
