  16. The 'sketchy' areas didn't look very sketchy to me, they were well maintained homes, for the most part. I wouldn't equate poor with dangerous. Of course, this was a bright sunny Sunday morning and everything looks good then! I looks as if a chain link salesman made a killing in Knoxville. Those things need to come down 🤮
