yeah, that is definitely an ugly part of Japanese culture that the Japanese people seem perfectly comfortable with. I can understand foreigners not wanting to take it on, but Japanese should be repulsed by it themselves and take it on from within

Those aren't the reasons -, bigotry is the sole reason. Those other things are just smokescreens. I don't believe foreigners skip out on their rent at a higher percentage than japanese do - that's just a myth based upon a bigoted lie. They're all too stupid to figure out the recycling program?? that's too absurd to even discuss. "Smelly" food? what narrow little minds these people have
