  1. ​ @todd-617 he said his client didn't plead guilt to the RICO charge, which is true ... what Ari points out is the way plea deals work, early pleaders get charges reduced, but that doesn't mean anyone thinks they didn't do the crime, they just made a compromise deal with prosecutors on the lesser charges in return for testimony. Basically, Ari told him how things work in the real world.
