There's a family of pretenders in all the European countries, even modern powerful democracies like France and Germany, and a group of dullards worshipping at their feet in each case.  Democracies that don't outlaw the entire nobility, the use of titles, the whole shadow monarchy concept are making a big mistake because there's always nutcases like these two smiling and waiting to slip back in if economic and social circumstances pivot the wrong way.  The Spanish allowed the Bourbons to openly "pretend" and they ended up reverting to monarchy in the end.  These people should be locked up or deported along with their supporters.
