Azeem Nagir - their only alternative to a cattle call is to institutionalize the children?  that's a laughably false dilemma.  My mother remembers the inspection of children at an orphanage picnic was something they used to do in the 1920s - mercifully, most civilized communities have done away with it by this  - I guess that level of civilization hasn't reached the Bible belt yet - all these fake Christians talking about Jesus, Jesus, Jesus every other second in their hillbilly drawls think nothing of humiliating these children (surprised we didn't see any of these holy rollers lifting the children's upper lips to inspect their teeth like they do at horse shows)
