  1. I dunno, I find Kubuntu has the best implementation of KDE. For example, KDE Neon's latest update causes stuttering across entire desktop when a notification pops up, in both windowed and fullscreened apps. And I had it configured exactly the same as I have Kubuntu at the moment. Sure it's nice to receive all the latest updates, but not all of them are always flawless
