  35. im quite liberal, but as a retired small business owner, id have to question this, though id have called the proper authorities rather than approach the fruit vendor. as the business owner of Bergies, that man HAS to meet all health and safety rules, he HAS to pay all of the permits and associated business licensing,rents, utilities, insurances etc..then along comes the fruit guy and avoids most if not all of the extra expenses and in that, he enjoys an unfair advantage
