  1. it really doesnt matter, just an opinion here, but if i were the wal mart manager, i would have asked you and the others personally to leave. It seems a bit much to call the police, im sure if he approached you in a friendly manner (the way the police did) the outcome would have been the same. (actually i would not have not bothered you, had i been the manager, lol,)

  3. andrew beaudry, west coast roller never said that the police officer told him to trespass. He said the officer directed him to other places where he could stay overnight.

  4. maybe, but as i said, westcoastroller never said where the police suggested he go, maybe the officer owned the parking lot? maybe the officer knows the owner of the parking lot? there could be many answers. you should not be so quick to assume things that you have limited information on.

  8. do you happen to have a reference to the ruling you are speaking about? i'd love to read it in it's entirety. i have heard that there are towns (ocean city, Md. for example) that have ordinances forbidding sleeping / staying in a vehicle.
