Jason Moe yeah that's exactly what he means, you don't have to agree with Kaepernicks rationale for kneeling but a person who actually cares about free speech as a principle would have criticized the NFL for basically canceling him(of course now they wanna bring him back) , it's called having principles which Shapiro lacks, he thinks supporting free speech means only defending ideas you agree with against censorship

Jason Moe he's literally saying he's against kneeling because it's "divisive" someone who actually believes in free speech would have said something like "as a nationalist, i wish everybody would stand for the flag and the national anthem and I would never do what Kaepernick does but it's a peaceful protest and the people on my side who pushed for him to be fired over that are wrong, this is a perfect example of cancel culture and I disagree with that" but Shapiro is a self sarving hack who would never go to bat to defend the free speech of anyone expressing ideas he vehemently disagrees with, I have never ever seen a right winger do that, the only people I know who are principled on the issue of free speech are leftists like Noam Chomsky, Glenn Greenwald, Kyle Kulinski

@jasonmoe5154 He didnt defend Kaepernick, when right wingers demanded he gets fired for hurting their fee fees by kneeling (basically cancel culture) , he didnt defend any of the other players who were threatened he was fully on board with it, again, name any instance of this clown defending anybody being censored over views that he opposes, i'll wait
