  1. Jo Po this is a fake topic. Nobody's saying the US shouldn't have a military, people are saying they should stop creating conflicts or getting involved in conflicts that are none of their business, that's what people mean by "Military industrial complex"

  2. Flash357 if it's about "liberty" you need to explain to me why is the US allied with one of the most repressive regime in the world, Saudi Arabia? Why did the CIA teach them how to crush insurrections which they do regularly but MSM never talk about it ? And btw, they are committing a genocide in Yemen as we speak with US weapons. And they toppled Saddam and ISIS was born, toppled Gaddafi, now you have slave markets in Libya, they toppled the democratically elected leader of Iran in 1953(look it up) and installed their guy, the unpopular Sha which years later lead to the Islamic revolution.They armed and trained the Mujahideen in the 80's against the Soviet Union, years later the mujahideen turned against the US, they invaded Vietnam to fight the "evil" communists killings hundred of thousands of civilians in the process... how many times we have to go through this to realize the US is better off minding its own business?
