Melchior AO there's no such thing as "natural rights" that's the big delusion of libertarianism. Property rights is a social construct, I suggest you watch Sam Seder debate with Adam Kokesh, at one point Seder asks what do you do in your libertarian utopia if a Native American to whom the concept of private property is completely foreign, walks into your house and sleeps on your couch, keep in mind he didn't violate your principle of non aggression so according to your rules you're not allowed to use violence against him since he hasn't used violence against you, he's just sleeping on your couch, not hurting anyone. If you use force to remove him you're the one initiating the violence thereby violating the principle of non aggression, so what do you do?

Melchior AO I was amending my comment while you were answering, could read it again please

Melchior AO I think some native American tribes didn't have such a concept and certainly certain ethnic groups in the world didn't have it, the point is it's conceivable so in a libertarian world with no government, how do you deal with this scenario without breaking the non aggression principle?(I'm talking about the man sleeping on your couch) And it's arbitrary what is philosophically considered "natural rights" but whatever you personally define as such, how do you make sure those rights are protected in a libertarian society?

Melchior AO so what's natural law and what's not is science? No it's philosophical so it's arbitrary many people have written about it and they don't have the same opinion, proving my point. You're still not answering my question, in a libertarian world, how do you deal with someone from a different society who is unfamiliar with the rules of your society and takes advantage of what's considered your private property within that society without violating the non aggression principle?

Melchior AO there was no "conclusion" on what's natural law and what's not, it's arbitrary Also the founding fathers owned slaves, created taxes, created public schools, didn't make prostitution legal... how were they libertarians?

Melchior AO you keep dodging the question, the guy doesn't believe or even understand the concept of private property because he was raised in a society where they share everything, he needed a place to sleep, came across your house, walked in and slept on your couch, how do you get him out without violating the non aggression principle?
