Abdul Aziz "woman open more doors to violence" of course you're a Peterson fan, and I'm willing to bet you also vote republican cause you believe in "personal responsibility" right?

Tesseract you realize people choose do the official ceremony right? If you don't want to get the government involved all you have to do is not go to the government to marry you right? You can just do a religious ceremony or if you're not religious just a ceremony with friends and family and be done with it.

Pondering Presbyterian my only point was, if you're a libertarian and don't want to be legally married you have that choice so that libertarian talk when it comes to marriage is bs

The Gaping Orifice blaming women for men being violent is stupid

Orange Cosby yeah poor man if women didn't provoke them there would be no wars in this world, stfu, if you hit a woman because she "provoked you" or commit any act of violence it means you're a violent person period and the blame is on you, nobody else. funny how y'all pick and chose when to apply your "personal responsibility" mantra. what's amazing is most people defending this position are the same people constantly bitching about Islam when in fact they'd love the man-woman dynamics in many of these Muslim countries, same thing with gays and trans people, you guys have the same mentality.

shinigami 1 so if I state that you're saying the reason men beat women is because women make them do it you're gonna say that's not what you're saying so could tell me what are you saying exactly? Have the courage of your convictions

Sky Warp the thing is I'm not talking about a man slapping his partner once in the heat of an argument and expressing remorse straight away, I'm talking about men who do that on the regular it doesn't matter how much she "pushed your buttons" the moment you lay hands on her you've lost the argument and you're the bad guy, it's that simple. And when a man and a woman argue sometimes the man is in the wrong and sometimes it's the man "pushing the woman's buttons" my problem is you're only seeing this from one persecutive with the cliché "women are naggers" rhetoric.
