And statements are made like this in order to grab the ear of the British taxpayer implying there will be no taxpayers money involved! But, with the Royal Family it's always the British taxpayer's money, in the past, now and in the future. The British people appear and the MSM that (keeps this lie alive) to be very happy with that. Don't! Worry! The British taxpayer has it covered!! Every last penny and don't let them tell you otherwise.
