  1. It must be considered absolutely reasonable  for Finland not to believe that Finland can consider Russian Security matters as matters for Finland only. Therefore, they cannot go wondering around the world siging agreements on behalf or that has implications for Russia. The Finland people must come clean!! They must inform the world that they now want to be NATO's (Ukraine Proxywar number 2 )

  2. Russia must confirm a new policy for NATO to conjure with? Nations politicians (political leaders) must not be trusted to make NATO entry? decisions. Therefore; decisions to join NATO must be made by public referendum on a Sunday and a NATO decion to join NATO must gain a two thirds majority ( 66.6%) before it becomes Government legislation and a legal requirement. Political parties who present obstacles to prospective candidates (tamper with candidate short-list's) who hold opposition views to NATO (thereby barring them from becoming an MP) Government Representative. Will be considered an improper act! And therefore will bar any public monies allocated to NATO.
