  1. The Bulgarian President is 100% correct!! Kiev are the main architect's of this Russian Phobia Russian Racism war. Kiev as a representative body betrayed the majority of the Ukraine citizens. They entered into a Western conspiracy and sold the majority of Ukraine's short. They held an anti constitutional coup d'etat February 2014 and begged for weapons from the West to kill their own citizens. They killed thousands including 18 police officers. Kiev are the main connivers. This war was not commenced by President Putin or any other Russian! Kiev wanted this war and conspired with the West to make it happen. They rejected their ballot box and the Ukraines people's democracy. They invited Victoria Nuland and two British Ministers; Tory William Hague and Labour's Baroness Catherine Ashton, to give hope and sustenance to Ukraine fascist neo-Nazi's and their anti constitutional coup d'etat February 2014.
