That means NATO or any other country has no legal obligation to Ukraine and their fascist neo-Nazi's. Hence no constituency Jen's Stoltenberg is strutting around on his war machine stage trying to find a loophole under the Corporate Corrupt Whitehouse "Rules Based Order" - (where no Respect Truth or Justice exists) - to make themselves legal.
