Criminality is the name of game for countries like fascist neo-Nazi Ukraine; Poland and a few others! They are political parasites! The no constituency Ursula Von der Leyen and Josep Borrell and the rest of the 27 European Commissioner's are there to ensure that public money is moved in their friends direction. For them democracy and having a constituency is a big inconvenience! They hate democracy.
