Ukraine signed and agreed a peace agreement! Ukraine decided not to implement the peace agreement. Ukraine sat on the agreement they agreed and signed for 8 years! Ukraine after 8 years refused to accept THE MINSK AGREEMENT. None of the above can be fairly placed at President Putin's front door or back door. Remember!! The Ukraine fascist embezzling incompetent corrupt oligarchies took up weapons against their own people February 2014!! And then introduced edicts to stop Russian people speaking their wonderful Russian language they had spoken for centuries. The Russians say no to this fascism. And they are 100% correct!!
