  1. On the question of psychopathic behaviour and may I add bad cops? I believe the Whitehouse should set a new standard for American police departments with regards employing those to operate in such departments and on behalf of the public. Within their recruitment requirements there should be a means to detect/test those who have psychopathic tendancies within their mental and physical behaviour. I think this would assist greatly, not in every case, in getting rid of bad arse bad cops hence saving the police departments wasting tens of thousands of public money! Remember it's always public!! Us taxpayers are financial sitting ducks for the Whitehouse war machine and out-of-control police and prison forces. Also if it was discovered a potential applicant cheated the psychopathic testing then this would remove liability from the taxpayer! Therefore the police officers would pick up the bill. We have got to stop bailing out bad arse police officers!! And using taxpayers as a bottomless pit of public money!
