@shorelined1 .. oh ok thanks so much! Yah some times I buy sourdough bread and it has bad ingredients in it. But I don't think there are any nutrients in it since it's white bread.

What is wrong with putting fruit in a smoothie!? The fiber is still there.

@16Elless .oh ok so like a person eating an apple in like ten minutes vs. a smoothie that has two apples in it, being drank down in five minutes? Gosh a piece of fruit tastes SOOOO much better being drank as a smoothie!!
