You didn't know when you were happy or sad or angry?

@kto-to8015 ..ok thanks but what is the reason they cannot recognize which each feeling is?

@raspberry_dreams .. people that had a stable enough childhood that they were able to recognize emotions aren't necessarily lucky. I understand never learning how to manage emotions but I still don't understand someone not knowing they are sad or mad.

@johnmiller0000 thanks for sharing. But didn't you know when you had a stomach ache or a sharp object poke you ?

@johnmiller0000 ..you said you were cut off from your feelings, emotions, and physical body tho. Plus emotions are felt in your physical body. I'm still not getting it...

@MouhibBayounes hey if something doesn't make sense, I'm going to ask about it. I know that the majority of people have sensing as their second cognitive function in the Myers Briggs type indicator system. Maybe he is INTJ or something with low Se but high intuition that is better with abstract inward thinking stuff. Oppenheimer is an example of INTJ

@johnmiller0000 ..ok see this makes more sense. Your weakest cognitive function is Se (external sensing of the five senses, experiencing the external world)(7th slot out of 8 is the weakest in all types), your strongest is Ti (internal thinking). My nephew is INTP. Einstein was INTP. INTP and INTJ are the most intelligent types. I hope you don't mind me inquiring about your situation because I would like to understand others better. I don't understand when people say they need to "process" their emotions, and I don't know if I understand trauma. To my knowledge, I have fully felt all my emotions, don't think I need to process anything, I have been in hellish situations for years on end that others would think is too awful to be true (but it is true), but I don't think I have trauma from it. I'm ESTJ.
