  5.  @sbrose3776  here is the thing ..I think flossing should go by a case by case. I myself do not feel I have EVER needed to floss , at least up until now... Because my teeth are extremely tight. And I have never gotten any cavities in between my teeth. Now people that have looser teeth and see that they may be getting some debris in there.... Then they may need to floss very gently. Now when iF I do floss, I don't get huge chunks of food ..I get some whitish tiny goop...but I just feel like I myself don't need it at this time. I have to also wonder if the floss damages the teeth as well! I think we need do analyze all the costs and benefits for each person

  6.  @PallaresKim  well the day after I stopped them I felt so much better, but then I started to get a withdrawal reaction like nervous system overdrive. So I had to taper off. My nerves are definitely more sensitive than most. But I think that nerve sensitive people need to be aware of this!

  22. I tried just the mints on their own and they made me weak, sleepy, depressed, and easy to cry! Also it aborted my period and then the next period I had lasted 15 days. The blood has been stuck up in my uterus for a whole month. I think it was the magnesium in them that did that. Did your daughter have any strange symptoms?

  26.  @kirkglundal4289  thanks so much! Yes I'm going to be changing my diet to lower carb. I am considering a carnivore diet or carnivore-ish diet. Can I ask which kind of diet you chose? There is a dentist on YT ...Kevin Stock who is carnivore and I'm thinking about buying his course.
