  3. capttzuzu ..I'm in my crew cab pickup truck at the moment and it's so hard to eat right. Can't really store any food. How did you store your food. The food I'm eating now I think is probably affecting me. It's definitely not what I want.

  4. capttzuzu .....oh thanks. One thing is sometimes I don't even like eating a whole piece of fruit at once! It's too much of it at times! Or a whole avocado. I prefer half of everything lol. Maybe I have to get used to it. I'm doing really quite bad with the food I appreciate y'alls encouragement to figure out better solutions and to work harder at it.
