  18. capttzuzu .....oh thanks. One thing is sometimes I don't even like eating a whole piece of fruit at once! It's too much of it at times! Or a whole avocado. I prefer half of everything lol. Maybe I have to get used to it. I'm doing really quite bad with the food I appreciate y'alls encouragement to figure out better solutions and to work harder at it.
