  8. Jeff Beck is my favorite guitarist. I think part of what makes him "uncopyable" is his right hand finger picking/thumb pick style with rock guitar. The extra fingers let him have a lot more control over the whammy bar, and more control over muting strings from his fingers and palm. He can mute individual strings and let others ring as opposed to palm muting. That's why it's so hard for guitarists who use picks to copy him.
