Putin has been in power 24 years. Putin altered the Constitution to give himself unlimited terms in office. Putin has rigged every election. Took complete control of state media. Did "things" to any real opposition candidates. ....how do you define "dictator"?

@timjoseph887 Well he is committing war crimes daily. Yesterday he blew up a Ukrainian home depot, not to mention the apartment buildings, hospitals, playgrounds he's destroyed. Not to mention the tens of thousands of Ukrainian children he's kidnapped.
