  1. So your solution is..."don't do drugs" They tried that Pete...it didn't work. We need to shore up both the Supply and the Demand sides of this problem. You should talk to Michael Shellenberger about the demand side. He's done a lot of research on the correct policies to implement. As for the demand side, we need to empower and incentivize the Mexican government to crack down on the cartels with both carrots and sticks, The same way Guatemala is cracking down on MS13 recently.
