  5. Sometime you might discuss the pad material differences. Some people in the north salt belt prefer soft organic pads because they wont destroy the rotors but need to be changed more often. Depending on driver habits .

  11. There is a place for 100% EV but not everywhere. Hybrids make sense in some places. Conventional engines that aren’t burning correctly waste energy that could be burned more efficiently to generate power.

  42. I had to cringe a bit being from the salt belt. I like to pre-treat rusty stuff and give it a whack to jar the crust loose. I love using some grease or anti seize to make life easier later

  44. My son has a 2007 with that feature he has a device plugged into the OBD port to disable it. Less troubles 175K miles

  50. Heads up Ray. The shaft from the camshaft? Position sensor engages with oil pump i think.. anyway my ‘99 was noisy and my mechanic changed it but the aftermarket was possibly plastic instead of steel Eventually it gave up and i lost oil pressure as far as i know. The end 😢
