  2. I almost bought a used Rouge with 14,000 miles. Some internet research quickly exposed the frequency of the transmission failures . They are apparently throw aways . I found a YouTube video of a mechanic that pulled one apart for entertainment purposes. I was a conglomeration at best. Basically I learned the Kevlar belt would wear a ridge in one of the sheaves and then the hydraulic pressure wasnt sufficient to advance the sheaves to gain full speeds. Eventually people were just flooring the Go pedal and not getting up to cruising speed
